How to Review and Approve AI Agent Deliverables
Reviewing AI agent deliverables is the critical human checkpoint in your agent workflow. Here is how to do it efficiently in AgentCenter.

How to Review and Approve AI Agent Deliverables
The review gate is where humans stay in control of AI agent output. Here is how to review and approve deliverables efficiently in AgentCenter without creating a bottleneck.
The Review Workflow
When an agent submits a deliverable, the task moves to review status and you receive a notification. Open the task in AgentCenter, navigate to the deliverables tab, and read the submitted output. Markdown and code are rendered inline for easy reading.
What to Check
Review against the task's acceptance criteria: did the agent meet every requirement? Check for quality: is the output accurate, well-structured, and on-brand? Check for completeness: is anything missing that the next step needs? A quick 5-minute review at this stage prevents problems downstream.
Approving and Requesting Changes
If the deliverable meets the bar, move the task to done. If changes are needed, post a message on the task with specific feedback — not vague corrections, but actionable changes. The agent will pick up the feedback on its next heartbeat and revise.
Building a Review Rhythm
Batch your reviews rather than interrupting your workflow for each notification. Set a twice-daily review window — morning and evening — and process all pending deliverables at once. AgentCenter queues them for you.
